The Perfect Alert Wristband needs a mobile connection for both Help/Emergency Calls (voice) and to send location and other information to our system and the Family App (data).

We have an all-inclusive Subscription from €10.99 to €15.99 per month that covers everything including all your Emergency Calls, use of our Family App and regular updates with the latest safety features.

You can simply select which features you want when you register your Wristband.

Telecare and Personal Alarms for the Elderly are eligible for VAT relief in the Ireland if the person using the equipment meets certain criteria.

In order to obtain the Perfect Alert Wristband VAT free the user’s disability has to qualify.

For VAT purposes, the user is disabled or have a long-term illness if any one of the following three statements apply:

  • They have a physical or mental impairment that affects their ability to carry out everyday activities, e.g. blindness,
  • They have a condition that’s treated as chronic sickness, like diabetes, arthritis, etc.
  • They are terminally ill

You don’t qualify if you’re elderly but able-bodied, or if you’re temporarily disabled.

FlawlessConnect is a technology developed and owned by Intelligent Recording (us) that offers rapid and assured connection at times of Emergency. It is globally unique so you won’t find it anywhere else other than from us or our partners/resellers. Features include:

– Avoiding the Voice Mail Trap (always connect to a human being and never go into Voice Mail).

– Call all contacts together & connect to the first to answer (the fastest way to connect).

– Rapidly bring in emergency services or other contacts on a 3-way call.

– Immediate & accurate location using What3Words over the phone line using Text-To-Speech (What3Words is used by most Emergency Services).

FlawlessConnect also includes other features such as making sure your mobile connection quality is always good and that you are using and charging your Wristband properly.

When you register your Wristband we advise that you add your emergency contacts into your online user account by adding a name, email and phone number.

Our system will email each emergency contact to tell them you have asked them to be part of your support network.

We send them all the details you entered so they can check and confirm their number. We don’t need all emergency contacts to verify but it can be useful in case you have entered a number incorrectly by mistake.

Emergency contacts will also receive details on how to download the Family App and how to log in to monitor your status.

Our Wristband has a 3-axis accelerometer that measures both step count and if you have had a fall.

Automatic Fall Detection (AFD) is important because if you have a fall you may not be able to press the emergency call button.

When you register your Wristband you can decide if you want Automatic Fall Detection and the level of sensativity you need.

Fall Detection is often a balance of being sensative enough to detect most falls but not be too sensative making false alarms if your rapidly move you arms.

To help avoid false alarms, if we detect a fall, the Wristband will vibrate and give you the option to cancel the alarm.

If you haven’t cancelled the alrm within 30 seconds an emergency call is made and we also send an alert to Family App users as well.

We cannot guarantee to detect all falls and so being able to press the help call button is also an option as well.

You can add as many as you like but most customers have  three. We advise that you need more than one to maximise the chance of reaching somone quickly in case you have an Emergency.

Flawless Connect Plus offers you the option to call the first three of your contacts all at the same time and connect to the first to answer. This can typically save 2-3 minutes in connection time.

We guarantee your Wristband to be fully working and free from defects for a minimum of 18 months from date of registration or a maximum of 2 years from date of purchase whichever is the sooner.

Our Wristband is high quality and reliable and we don’t anticipate any problems but we will replace a defective Wristband if you contact us to return it due to a fault.

No. It’s completely optional but the Family App provides so much more information and comfort to Family & Friends.

Information such as battery status, recent location history and other alerts can really help you stay safe. We recommend at least one emergency contact downloads the App.

We offer a wide range of optional straps in different colours and styles. They are £19.99 each and you can choose to view and buy a different strap when you register your Wristband.

For customers who opt for FlawlessConnect Plus on an annual basis we offer a completely free watch strap of their choice as a complimentary gift.

Our 24/7 Monitoring Centre service is not yet available so today we are only providing Family & Friends assisted.

Unfortunately yes, it is only available in black but there is plenty of opportunity to jazz up your Wristband with any of our watch strap options.

The Wristband has four buttons:

– Make/Answer a call.

– Cancel an Emergency Call or announcement (such as a Medication Reminder).

– Time & battery status.

– Power off/on.

The welcome and user guides tell you how to use all the features and how to register your Wristband.

The battery lasts typically from 3 to 7 days depending upon your use. This is much longer than most Smart Watches.

There are various options you can select in your customer account such as how often you update your location or if you have Medication Reminders set. The more options you choose the quicker the battery will need to be charged.

Don’t worry though, both your Wristband and your emergency contacts get alerts if your battery is running low.

We limit Alerts to important events such as:

  • Critically low battery (10% or less).
  • If you make an emergency call.
  • If you experience a fall.
  • If you have wandered outside your Safe Zone Perimeter (optional).
  • If you return back inside your Safe Zone Perimeter (optional)
  • If you remove your Wristband (optional).

If you have made an emergency call but your mobile signal was poor and you didn’t get connected, our system alerts your emergency contacts as soon as a signal is available. This is usually within a few minutes.

You can set up to 3 Medication Reminders on your Wristband.

They can be set for specific days or for every day.

When a medication Reminder is received your Wristband will vibrate and say ‘It is time to take your medication‘.

You simply acknowledge the reminder by pressing the cancel button.

This is an optional feature where you can draw a Safe Zone on a map around your home and if you wander outside of the Safe Zone your emergency contacts get an alert.

This feature can use your battery much faster because we recommend a location update every 5 minutes.

Your emergency contacts can also receive a notification that you returned back to your Safe Zone as well.

We are so confident that you won’t find a better featured product and service at a better price, we offer you 30 full days to search far and wide and if you are not happy in any way you can simply return the Wristband for a refund.

We won’t refund any subscription you have signed up for after the initial 14 day period and we won’t refund postage.

We also check you have returned the Wristband, packaging and all peripherals in good condition as well.

We do ask that you give us a reason for the return for our records, mainly to check that we can’t be beaten on features and price.

We offer two User guides that are fully personalised:

1. Setup Advice

Our personalised setup advice guide will list all the settings you have made on your Wristband account such as who your emergency contacts are and what features you have enabled.

The guide also gives advice if we think you need to consider a setting or add extra contacts.

You can print out the guide if you want to explain your Wristband operation to another person.

2. Credit Card Sized Feature Guide (FlawlessConnect Plus)

This is an automatically created credit card sized guide for your Family & Friends that can be printed and kept inside a purse or wallet in case of an emergency call.

It explains how to quickly use the time-saving features such as:

– How to bring in emergency services on a 3 way call.

– How to bring in other emergency contacts on a 3 way call.

– How to hear the exact What3Words location over the phone line for emergency services or any other person.

We are dedicated to providing the very best  contact, help call and location services and so our personalised guide for Family & Friends is an important way to make these potentially life saving features available quickly.

We have focussed on the very best features and longest battery life.

Our Wristband after all is an Emergency/SOS Call device. It’s not there to be used as a fancy watch (although it does tell the time). It’s there for when you need rapid and assured help.

Yes, our Subscription includes calls made within mainland Europe and the Wristband should work seamlessly. This includes making help calls to the UK or any other country.

If you are travelling outside Europe such as to the USA, Australia, Asia or Africa then unfortunately your Wristband will not work there.

We hope to provide a service for UK customers travelling in other countries outside Europe in the near future.

Perfect Alert comes with a multi-network roaming sim. It can connect to all four major UK networks (EE, Vodafone, 3 and O2).

If you truly do have a really poor mobile signal and our Wristband doesn’t give better than 95% connectivity (which you can measure in the family App), we are more than happy for you to return the product and we can recommend another service.

Yes, it is waterproof to IP67 which means it can be used in the bath and shower.

We reccommend you don’t immerse it in water continuously or take it on a deep sea dive!

What3Words is a global location service that can describe your exact position anywhere on earth within 3 meters using 3 spoken words.

For example the exact spot outside the front door to 10 Downing Street is described as input.caring.brain

Emergency services use What3Words to help locate a person’s exact position.

Remember, if you have a fall or an emergency you may be a little disorientated and so the abilty to give your exact location over the phone to emergency services may be difficult.

FlawlessConnect is unique in being able to automatically speak your position by simply pressing ‘3’ on an emergency call. We use advanced text to speech over the phone line to do this.

Yes. Simply contact us to ask for any additional chargers and cables which we will make available at a sensible price.

Yes. Our advanced iPBX FlawlessConnect technology allows us to include fully International emergency calls with our low cost subsription.

Overseas Family & Friends can also use the App too and all the FlawlessConnect features to bring in emergency services or other contacts on a 3-way call and also get What3Words exact location from anywhere.

FlawlessConnect Plus customers have the ability to request Health Measurements from the Wristband.

You need to be wearing the Wristband when this request is made and we will measure:

– Blood Pressure

– Heart Rate

– Blood Oxygen %

– Body Temperature

It is important to understand that these measurements are indicative only and should not be relied upon for any professional or medical purpose.

It takes about 1 minute for our Wristband to send Health Measurements to the Family App.
